ReadingBar 2

Full-featured, easy-to-use, natural sounding text-to-speech toolbar for Internet Explorer ® reads any web page aloud to you. ReadingBar 2 is multi-lingual, can translate web pages into four languages for you and is compatible with the AT&T Natural Voices speech engine. The toolbar comes prepackaged with the standard Microsoft voices: Mike, Mary, and Sam but due to AT&T compatibility, you can add many more, higher quality (8k and 16k) voices available in US English, UK English, French, German, and Spanish. ReadingBar 2 comes with a built-in Reading Window just like ReadPlease 2003. Make your own MP3 or WAV recordings from almost any website or generate a text-only version, removing the clutter. Follow along as ReadingBar 2 highlights each word as it reads it and add your own custom pronunciations and words replacements. If things seem too large or small on your screen, you can zoom in and out using the custom zoom tool, which can easily snap back to the original position with the click of a button. Customize your own web pages using VXML and ReadPlease Command Script.
